Hybot

Service robots that run themselves

A service robot carries things or guides people inside a building without being driven. Hybot is the software that runs a fleet of them: it assigns each task to the best-placed robot, navigates multiple floors, takes guest orders, and manages every robot across every site from a single dashboard.

What the platform actually does

Robots that assign their own work

Tasks are not handed to a named robot. The queue is re-scored continuously against priority, distance and battery, so a robot that has just finished nearby takes the next job and one that needs charging does not. How task automation works.

Every site on one dashboard

Fleet state, battery, settings and lifetime totals per robot; project health by heartbeat; remote commands queued and acknowledged; and updates rolled out to one site before the estate. How fleet management works.

Guests who order without waiting

Kiosk ordering, table QR menus with live order tracking, and surveys on the robot's screen. A guest request arrives as an ordinary task in the same queue the staff already work from. How the guest experience works.

Robots are integrated behind a vendor-agnostic abstraction, so none of the above depends on which manufacturer built the machine. See the robots the platform runs today.

What it actually does

Every item here is shipped functionality, not roadmap.

  • Smart task assignment

Deliver an order, fetch an order, deliver the bill, collect dishes. Auto-assignment runs every two seconds, weighing priority, distance and battery together.

  • Multi-floor mapping

Floor plans with configurable points of interest, a persistent robot-to-plan alignment you set once, drift correction before every push, and restorable snapshots and plan history.

  • Guest ordering

A multilingual menu with categories, option groups, combos and Excel bulk import. Best-seller badges come from real sales rather than a curated list.

  • Feedback that reaches you

A survey in English, Persian and Arabic, including a question group about the robot itself, so product observations arrive from the people actually working alongside it.

  • Per-table QR page

Each point of interest gets its own token, so a guest never types a table number. Call the robot, call a waiter, open the menu or leave feedback.

  • Brand screens

A shared video library with scheduled playlists on robot displays. Platform-assigned brand ads run only at cycle boundaries, so they never interrupt an order or a survey.

Smart robotic solutions by venue type

The robot is the same everywhere. What changes is the layout, how often a trip happens and who completes the handover, which is why each venue type is worked through separately.

  • Service robots for healthcare

Healthcare delivery robots move supplies, samples and meals between named points on a ward so clinical staff spend less of a shift walking corridors.

  • Service robots for hotels

Hotel service robots carry items between the front desk, floors and rooms, using stored multi-floor maps and named points of interest rather than a person walking.

  • Service robots for offices and workplaces

Office service robots handle internal deliveries, refreshment runs and visitor guidance between named points, and show information on screen between tasks.

  • Service robots for restaurants

Restaurant service robots run food, drinks, bills and dish collection between the kitchen and the table, and take orders at the table through a kiosk screen.

  • Service robots for retail

Retail service robots carry stock between a back room and the shop floor, guide customers to a named location and run brand video on screen between tasks.

  • Service robots for warehouses

Warehouse service robots move loads between named points on a mapped floor, taking the repeated walking out of picking, replenishment and returns handling.

Start from where you are standing

Eight hand-written entry points, because an operator, an engineer and an investor are asking genuinely different questions.

Understand it before you buy it

Written guides on what service robots are and what they do, how intelligent robot fleets coordinate, where AI genuinely applies in robotics and how to evaluate a purchase. None of them quote a savings figure we cannot source.

Frequently asked questions

What is a service robot?

A mobile robot that works alongside people inside a building, carrying something from one named point to another or guiding a person there. In hospitality that usually means delivering orders, collecting used dishes and leading a guest to a table or a room.

Does Hybot make the robots or the software?

The software. Robots are integrated behind a vendor-agnostic abstraction, so the task queue, the floor plan and the staff interface do not depend on which manufacturer built the machine. AutoXing Mars hardware is supported today, alongside a full-fidelity simulator.

How does a robot decide which job to do next?

It does not decide alone. The system re-scores the entire task queue every two seconds against task priority, each robot's distance to the pickup point and its remaining battery, so the assignment keeps adjusting as the floor changes rather than being fixed once.

What does it cost?

There is no published price, because the figure depends on unit count, venue layout and integration work. Rather than advertise a number that would be wrong for most readers, quotes are produced against a described site.

Can guests interact with the robots?

Yes. Guests can order from an in-venue kiosk, scan a table QR code to browse a menu and track an order, and answer short surveys on the robot's own screen. Each of those becomes an ordinary task in the same queue staff use.
